United States 1 dollar bill, 1995 series, Fr#1923-B, corresponding to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (letter B). This is an example printed using the experimental process known as Web Note Press, a continuous web printing system that the Bureau of Engraving and Printing tested in the 1990s as an alternative to the traditional sheet-fed method. Certified by PMG with a grade of 65 EPQ: uncirculated, with exceptional paper quality, no restoration or pressing.

Obverse: Portrait of George Washington, first president of the United States, within an ornate oval, with the Department of the Treasury seal to the right. Reverse: The Great Seal of the United States, with the bald eagle holding the shield, arrows, and olive branch on one side of the seal, and the unfinished pyramid with the all-seeing eye on the other.

The Web Note Press test banknotes from the mid-1990s had a very limited mintage compared to regular sheet production, making them a common target for those who specialize in US dollar printing variants.
