10 kronor banknote issued by Sveriges Riksbank in 1959, cataloged as Pick 43g. Certified by PMG with grade 66 EPQ, exceptional paper quality, uncirculated.

Obverse: in bluish-gray tone on a multicolored background, the portrait of King Gustav Vasa, founder of the Vasa dynasty and modern Sweden in the 16th century. Reverse: the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Sweden centered on the banknote. The watermark repeats the same royal portrait.

Gustav Vasa presided over Swedish banknotes of lower value for decades, and this 1959 issue, now withdrawn from circulation, is common in collections focused on Scandinavian numismatics and the founding kings of the Nordic monarchies.
