1-Guarani banknote issued by the Central Bank of Paraguay in accordance with the 1952 law, from its undated 1963 printing, cataloged as Pick 193a, with prefix A. Certified by PMG with a grade of 66 EPQ, exceptional paper quality, uncirculated.

Obverse: A Paraguayan soldier on the right, with a machete in one hand and a rifle in the other, and the national coat of arms on the left, in green on a multicolored background. Reverse: The Legislative Palace of Asunción, centered between two large "1" numerals, with the legends "República del Paraguay" and "Un Guaraní."

Due to its low face value, this banknote circulated massively among the Paraguayan population during the 1960s, which makes specimens like this one, preserved uncirculated, more valuable. Interesting for anyone starting a collection of the Paraguayan guarani.
