100 Mexican pesos banknote, the first polymer banknote of the G family from Banco de México, issued in 2020, Pick 131a, certified by PMG with a grade of 68 EPQ (Superb Gem Uncirculated), uncirculated and encapsulated in a sealed holder with its label.

Obverse: portrait of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, a New Spanish writer and Hieronymite nun, alongside a book, two quills in an inkwell, and a library bookshelf that allude to her literary work. Reverse: the monarch butterfly in its hibernation sanctuary in Michoacán, with the characteristic forest vegetation of the biosphere reserve.

With this banknote, Banxico moved Sor Juana from the old 200 pesos banknote to the 100 pesos denomination, and also introduced the polymer substrate into Mexican circulation. A recent and current banknote, which is especially interesting for those who collect the first issues of each denomination of the new banknote family.
