Obverse: Portrait of Moshe Sharett, Israel's second Prime Minister, alongside a scene depicting the raising of the Israeli flag at the UN headquarters in 1949. Reverse: The original Herzliya Hebrew Gymnasium building in Tel Aviv, where Sharett studied, against a backdrop of the city in its early years.

This was the first polymer banknote issued by the Bank of Israel, featuring a transparent element that forms a Star of David when held to light; a prominent piece for collectors of both polymer notes and the series depicting prominent figures of the State of Israel.
