Fiji 5 Dollars, 2012 series, issued by the Reserve Bank of Fiji, Pick 110b, certified PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ, exceptional paper quality, uncirculated.

Obverse: Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II from the 1999 Mark Lawrence photograph, with the Fiji coat of arms. Reverse: Fiji Crested Iguana, an endangered endemic species, alongside a Balaka palm and the Masiratu flower.

This 2007-2012 series was the last to feature Elizabeth II on Fijian banknotes: from 2013, the Reserve Bank of Fiji replaced the monarch with local fauna and cultural motifs across the entire range. A period-closing banknote for those who collect royal iconography in the Pacific.
