3 Cuban pesos note from the Central Bank of Cuba, 2004 commemorative issue, Pick 127a*, replacement note, certified by PMG with a grade of 64 EPQ and rated TOP POP, the highest grade recorded by the certifier for this replacement note.

Obverse: portrait of Ernesto "Che" Guevara next to the legend "Precursor of voluntary work." Reverse: Che cutting sugar cane in a sugarcane field, an image associated with his voluntary workdays.

Replacement notes replace defective sheets detected during printing, so they are printed in much smaller quantities than those of the ordinary print run; combined with the TOP POP, this is why this particular specimen is of more interest than a standard commemorative 3-peso note from the same year.
