10 Cuban peso banknote from the National Bank of Cuba, dated 1984, Pick 104c, certified by PMG with a grade of 45 EPQ, Choice Extremely Fine: very good condition, with slight signs of circulation, paper of exceptional quality.

Obverse: portrait of Máximo Gómez, the Dominican generalissimo who led the Cuban Liberation Army. Reverse: Fidel Castro delivering his speech on September 2, 1960, in Havana, the First Declaration of Havana, a motif that has remained on this denomination since the early years of the nationalized banking system.

The banknote corresponds to the mid-1980s issue, with signatures and dating characteristic of that decade within the long classic series of the Cuban peso. An intermediate date that rounds out a set formed by various years of the same 10-peso design.
