10,000 Colombian pesos banknote, issued by the Bank of the Republic on August 3, 2014, Pick 453t. Certified by PMG with a 66 EPQ (Gem Uncirculated) grade, exceptional paper quality, uncirculated, and encapsulated in its sealed holder.

Obverse: portrait of Policarpa Salavarrieta, "La Pola," a seamstress and spy in the service of the independence cause, executed in Bogotá in 1817 and declared a national heroine. Reverse: view of the town of Guaduas, Cundinamarca, the town where she was born and to which tradition closely links her memory.

This design, in circulation from 1995 until the 2016 reform, was one of the longest-lasting in the family of Colombian banknotes prior to the current vertical series, and is attractive to collectors of independence figures or those wishing to complete the series before the redesign.
