10,000 Colombian peso banknote, issued on January 3, 1994, Pick 437A, part of the commemorative issue for the 5th centenary of Christopher Columbus's voyage to America, which began in 1992. Certified by PMG with a grade of 67 EPQ, exceptional paper quality, uncirculated and encapsulated in its sealed holder.

Obverse: Columbus's fleet sailing the Atlantic alongside a goldsmith's piece from the Gold Museum depicting a high-ranking indigenous woman. Reverse: Native Colombian birds surrounding the 1507 Waldseemüller world map and the Santa María caravel, in homage to the encounter between two worlds.

Issued two years after the first date of the series, this specimen allows collectors to follow the evolution of signatures and dates of one of the most memorable Colombian commemorative issues of the 20th century.
