10 soles banknote issued by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru dated December 15, 2022, uncirculated (UNC). It belongs to the new family of banknotes that the BCRP put into circulation for the Bicentennial of the Independence of Peru.

Obverse: a portrait of the singer-songwriter Chabuca Granda against a background of geometric patterns of Andean tradition, with the large numeral "10" and the word "Perú" vertically. Reverse: a vertical design featuring a vicuña in the foreground with two others in the background and the Amancaes flower, next to the national coat of arms of Peru.

Chabuca Granda (1920-1983) is the great voice of Peruvian Creole music and the author of "La flor de la canela," considered a popular anthem of Lima. The vicuña, the Andean camelid with the finest fiber and a figure on the national coat of arms, completes a banknote that brings together the culture and fauna of Peru in a single piece.
