There is no need to look for a coin shop in Vegadeo open to the public here: I buy old banknotes and coins, collections, and inheritances throughout the Vegadeo council, and I will come to see them at your home without charging for the visit. You can also come to my store in Gijón, at Calle Cabrales 77.

Old banknotes and coins in Vegadeo
Vegadeo, at the end of the Eo estuary and on the border with Galicia, was always a town of fairs and markets. A lot of money passed through its hands, and a lot remained stored at home.
What appears most in the houses of this coastal and seafaring area:
- some silver coins from weddings or baptisms
- banknotes and coins brought by sailors and emigrants
- pesetas from the port and cannery years
You choose: I go or you come
- I go to your home, at no cost. First, you send me some photos via WhatsApp; I will reply the same day and, if there is something worth seeing, we will meet in Vegadeo, Piantón or Molejón, or wherever you live, at the time that suits you best. We will look at them together and, if you accept the offer, I will transfer the payment immediately.
- Or you come to Gijón. My store is at Calle Cabrales 77, next to Begoña Park, and I attend by appointment to be able to dedicate the time you need.
I will tell you right now: most of what is in houses are pesetas and very common coins, and with few exceptions, only perfect specimens are worth anything. That is why I ask for photos first. What is worth showing: Bank of Spain banknotes from the 19th and early 20th centuries, local Civil War banknotes in Asturias, silver and gold coins, and large collections.
