Mauritius 25 rupees, issued by the Bank of Mauritius in 2013, on polymer, Pick 64, certified PMG 66 EPQ: exceptional paper quality, no restoration or pressing, uncirculated.

Obverse: portrait of Sir Moilin Jean Ah-Chuen, a Chinese-Mauritian businessman and politician, alongside the national coat of arms and facades of commercial buildings. Reverse: a map of Rodrigues Island, a dependency of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean, alongside the figure of a local fisherman.

This twenty-five rupee note marked Mauritius' transition to polymer in 2013, incorporating a transparent window with a dodo and a rocking device as new security features. A low denomination banknote, but highly sought after due to its status as the country's first polymer issue.
